Getting to know you

Because we custom design every wedding, we want to get to know your taste and style right away. The best way to do this is through pinterest, magazine clippings, and images of what you love. We want to see pictures of your dress, your bridesmaids dresses, your invitations etc.

Bringing your vision to life

During the consult,we know all the right questions to ask to help to bring your vision to life. Consultations are very comprehensive and last from an hour to an hour and a half. During most consultations you will be shown examples of real flowers and design elements like fabrics, vases, bling, and laces or twines. Our cosultations are interactive, and while we have portfolios and books for inspiration, we want to create YOUR vision and tell YOUR story through the flowers that you choose

and the vision you have for a perfect day.

I want Off Broadway Floral

We will work with you to stay inside your budget, while having florals that you love! There is a fifty dollar consultation fee for our time and ideas. If you decide to book with us after the consultation, that fifty dollars will go towards your two hundred dollar deposit to hold your date. If you already know you want Off Broadway to do your wedding, you can put your two hundred down and come in for your consultation at a later date. The two hundred, used to hold your event, will go towards your final payment.

Two weeks prior to your event, your account needs to be paid in full.

Prior to your wedding, excluding weekends, all final details such as table counts, guest counts, mother's dress color etc.... need to be finalized for the completion of the contract.

Making your Dreams come True!

Now our design team gets to work, sourcing and ordering the flowers throughout the world, making sure all of your props are in order. The real behind the scenes action happens for us now as we get all our tools in order, preparing for those whirlwind days before your wedding when the flowers fly in. On the day of your wedding, our staff is getting the vans loaded and completing all of our final details. As we head out, your dream day is just beginning……..
